Product is great. Been enjoying it for several years. But shipments take forever. Most recent one arrived with 1 of 4 jars broken. I emailed them 6 days ago and still have not gotten a reply.
This peanut butter was my favorite but now it seems less “oily” or dryer. Not enough peanut oil to mix in.
I have been ordering from this company for a few years now. Since you have moved to Colorado, your product has changed. Not for the good. The packaging was so bad that one of my jars busted and leaked all over the box and the other jars were covered with oil. This will be the last time I will be ordering from this company.
My boyfriend and I are huge fans of your cinnamon chia seed peanut butter bliss (originally found in New Seasons, now they no longer stock it :-( ). However, this last order took 3 weeks to arrive: ordered 3/21/24 and it didn't arrive until 4/11/24. I had to email twice before I was responded to. I don't know why it takes so long from OR City to Portland? This is a real drawback and I wonder if there is a solution. Or better yet, where can I pick it up in a local store?
