Chia Seed Peanut Butter Bliss

This was my pregnancy craving, but unfortunately I couldn’t find the name of the brand since it had been years since I had seen it. After tons of googling and research I finally found bliss and I was ecstatic. Unfortunately, I gave birth before my order was even shipped out. I have been waiting since October 9th, and it’s currently November 8th, and I haven’t yet to receive my package. Does it always take over one month to get a jar of nut butter shipped? Also, poor communication. I’ve emailed more than once. Yes, this is dramatic for nut butter but at the same time I’ve been pregnant and spending 20 dollars is a HUGE deal to me right now.

I've been a faithful customer for about 5 years. I usually buy when I get prmo coupon. (it seems I know longer get the promos) I'm a big fan of your products. However, this last shipment took 5 weeks from time of order until delivery. That is unacceptable. Also, since you moved to Colorado and expanded your product line it seems that you are sold out of more products than not ! I have not been able to get the cinnamon for several months.
