Peanut Butter Bliss

We and our extended family became addicted years ago to the the unique flavor of Bliss peanut butter, slightly sweet with honey, with just the right salty accent. For our last 2 orders, however, their deliveries have been extremely slow. This fall, the product was not even shipped until more than 2 1/2 weeks after we had ordered, arriving over 3 weeks later. No response to email enquiries. A similar delayed delivery (including a gift) happened last summer. We love their peanut butter and want to support the company, but production and shipping issues need to be addressed.
On a side note, we MUCH prefer original larger, glass jars, rather than the smaller, unrecyclable plastic.

Ordered 4 jars on oct 4th, waited 3 and a 1/5 weeks to get any update from usps on the tracking. Tried contacting them multiple times to get an update on the order, no response all the times I tried. Finally received my order around week 4. Upon receiving my order I was one jar short, and one of the jars was something I didn’t order. So I emailed them again to try and make it right… still no reply.

…unfortunately it took a month to receive my order. I reached out several times and several different ways trying to get in contact with customer support: through the contact form on the website, email, Instagram DM, phone call & finally tried texting the number and received a response. I was told the order what’s going out next day, and while the label was printed next day, the package was not received by the post office for another 8 days. Perhaps the business is struggling, I really hope the product remains available - it’s 100% my favorite - but if I put in an order I should be able to reach someone or be informed that the order is going to take several weeks. Perhaps a note on the website letting us know shipment is running behind. I immediately opened it when I received it & grabbed a spoon. Exquisite!

I have been waiting since July 12 and still haven’t received my order. The tracking information says that USPS still is waiting for the order to come to them before delivery!

After not ordering Bliss Peanut Butter for almost half a year because of issues I encountered with my December order - i emailed Bliss with my concerns regarding that batch of peanut butter but received no response - I decided to give it another go by ordering half a dozen jars a little over a month ago. That was a mistake. This batch of Bliss Peanut Butter (with best by date 091025) is even worse than the ones I ordered in December. The "butter" appears darker than normal and it is quite difficult to churn. I am now onto the 5th jar of that order and it is by far the hardest to churn. I am not looking forward to opening the last jar of that order. It is no longer a peanut butter. It's more akin to granular peanut pieces that does not adhere together. Just compare the photos I included with the ones on this page and you can easily tell that they are not the same.

But the worst part is the taste. The signature Bliss Peanut Butter taste that I loved so much is no longer present. It now has this weird burnt smell and taste, as though the peanuts had been burnt while roasting, and it only tastes sweet without any sign of sea salt.

In the past I had introduced Bliss Peanut Butter to so many family and friends, and I had purchased Bliss gift cards on multiple occasions, I don't think I will be doing that going forward given the fact that product is now completely unidentifiable as a Bliss Peanut Butter.
